Transformational Healing Experience
Our group Reiki session was a transformative journey, focusing on the Root Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, and Crown Chakra.
Attendees were guided to reconnect deeply with their true, highest selves, and feel the sense of grounding and empowerment within.
Through this healing experience, we were releasing limiting beliefs and patterns that had been holding us back, creating space for clarity, confidence, and alignment to our dreams.
With a talk back afterwards to check in and share our experience we were able to connect closer as a community and support one another. It was truly beautiful.
the resonance of Sound healing
Reiki infused Sound Healing with our Chakra Sound Bowls.
These bowls promote a profound shift within the body using frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centres, realigning and balancing each chakra. These frequencies create a harmonious vibration that helps release blockages, reduce stress, and encourage a state of deep relaxation and healing. By attuning to these sounds, we could experience a profound shift, foster emotional clarity, physical well-being, and spiritual alignment.
On INtention
Beginning our session we shared wisdom from the heart, earth, and soul. Connecting into the power we have and how to tap into it’s energy using intention setting and heart centred practises.
Allowing yourself to open up the channel and connect to your highest potential with the power of the mind, using your words to manifest your experience.
